Cake Decorating Schedule

All classes run from 7 pm to 9 pm, except for fondant classes, which run from 6:30 pm to 9 pm.
Beginners
Level 101 Learn to level and ice a cake and add borders. $30.
Mondays, June 3rd and 10th.
Level 102 Learn flowers and how to assemble a cake. $30.
Mondays, June 17th and 24th.
Intermediate
Level 201 Learn how to pipe figures. $30.
Tuesdays, June 4th and 11th.
Level 202 Learn imaging and how to decorate a basket weave cake. $30.
Tuesdays, June 18th and 25th.
Fondant
6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Level 301 Learn how to work with fondant, cover a cake, and make ribbons, bows and cutouts. $40.
Wednesdays June 5th and 12th.
