Cake Decorating Schedule
All classes run from 7 pm to 9 pm, except for fondant classes, which run from 6:30 pm to 9 pm.
Session 1 (January - February)
Beginners
Level 101 Learn to level and ice a cake and add borders. $30.
Tuesdays, January 10th and 17th.
Level 102 Learn flowers and how to assemble a cake. $30.
Tuesdays, January 24th and 31st.
Intermediate
Level 201 Learn how to pipe figures. $30.
Wednesdays, January 11th and 18th.
Level 202 Learn imaging and how to decorate a basket weave cake. $30.
Wednesdays, January 25th and February 1st.
Fondant
6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Level 301 Learn how to work with fondant, cover a cake, and make ribbons, bows and cutouts. $40.
Mondays, January 23rd and 30th.
Session 2 (February - March)
